Atomic Clock Instructions For Use:

Introduction to WWVB：The USA’s atomic transmitter is located at Fort Collins Colorado, and the optimal distance for receiving signals is within 1,242 miles.Therefore, to ensure optimal signal reception, For the initial setting it is recommended to set the clock in an upright position near a window(preferably one facing Colorado). During reception, the clock should be at least 6 feet away from a TV, computer orother electrical appliances which may interfere with the frequency.

As a general rule,best reception is at night 12:00 am.It is recommended to wait 24 hours for the clock to fully receive the signal when it is used for the first time and does not successfully receive the signal.

Step 1: Selecting the Time Zone Installing the Battery

Place the clock in a window facing to Colorado, select the time zone and then load the 2 x AA batteries.

Note:Atomic Clock only supports P,M,C,E time zones. If you want to select a time outside of the four time zones, please complete the time setting manually.

Step 2: Wait for signal reception

When the battery is loaded, the second, minute and hour hands make one revolution and stop at 12:00, which means that the clock starts searching for a signal.The search process will only take 3-10 minutes for a strong signal and 10-20 minutes for a weak signal. Please be careful not to touch any of the clock buttons during the search process as this may affect the signal reception.The correct time will be set automatically after the signal is successfully received.
