Only in the matching channel can the remote control be used to control the shade. If it is not the matching channel, the shade cannot be controlled.

Remote Control

The remote control has been matched with the zebra shades before delivery, and the remote control can be used when the shade is opened (Note: Do not press the channel button on the remote control to avoid changing the channel and losing control of the shades.)

One remote control has 2 channels, which can bind multiple shades at the same time. If you need to pair different shades, please follow the pairing steps to pair the shades one by one.

APP Control(need a hub)

This smart curtains work with Smart Life APP via the Zigbee Hub. Under the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal, you can open or close the curtain anytime and anywhere through the APP, making your home safe and comfortable. Besides, you can also control it by timer, set the curtain to open at 6 a.m., let the bright morning sun wake you up from your sleep, and start a wonderful day!

Voice Control(need a hub)

This smart curtain works with Alexa/Google Home via Zigbee Hub. Connect the gateway to Alexa/Google Home in the APP, and then you can easily control the curtain with voice devices. Whether you are working or watching dramas in bed, you can easily control the curtains with just one sentence.

How to choose your size

Inside Mount：

1. Please ensure that the minimum depth of your window is 3″.

2. The height of the window should be less than or equal to 72″.

3. The order width should beequal to or 0-1″ less than the window width. (Note: the casing width of the shades is 0.5″ less than the order width).

Outside Mount:

1. The height of the window should be less than or equal to 68″.

2. The order width should be 3″ wider than the width of the window.

Note: When installing the shade, make sure that the switch is on the right side. If it is installed incorrectly, the shade will run upside down. At this time, you can reinstall the shade or reverse the direction of the shade.

Warm Reminder

1. Before using the curtains, please read the manual for proper installation and operation.

2. If the shade’s movement direction is opposite to the remote control’s command, you can resolve this issue by reversing the curtain’s direction using the remote control.

3. If the remote control is unresponsive, possible reasons include: the curtains are not open, the remote is not paired, or an incorrect channel was pressed. Please tell us for assistance.

4. The remote has two channels to control multiple curtains. Remember which channel controls which curtain. If you can’t control the curtains, they might be on a different channel or not paired.

5. To use the curtains with an app or voice device, you need a Zigbee Hub for smart control.

6. A small light gap will exist on each side with an inside mount.

7. The shade’s usage time depends on frequency and power consumption.

8. Fabric Light Blocking: The blackout portion provides 80% light blocking, while the mesh portion provides 0% light blocking.

9. When charging, we recommend using a 5V 2A charging adapter from home along with the included charging cable to charge the curtains. If the curtains do not charge, the issue might be with the charging adapter or the charging cable. Please try using a different charging adapter and cable to see if the indicator light turns on.
