What should I do if my coffee machine doesn’t brew?

1. Choose a paper clip or some other more sharp items.

2. Dredge the water outlet needle on the four outlet.

3. After dredging, fill the water into the reservoir, add 2/3 cup water and 1/3 cup vinegar or fill the water tank completely with a descaling solution. Then press the on button to start it.

4. After brewing, please let the water remain in the water tank for three hours and after one hour, please pour out it.

5. Brew again with the fresh water afterwards until no vinegar smell remains.

What to do about water leakage?

Press the capsule down before closing the lid and boil the water without the capsule to see if there is any leakage. If you have any other questions, please let us know and we will provide you with a pleasant solution.

Does the single cup coffee maker use up all the water it adds?

Yes, our k pod coffee maker will use all the water in the tank to brew a cup of coffee.
