The blade on each of these prep knives has a full metal tang from the tip of the knife to the end of the handle, adding balance and strength to the knife for confidence during use. These knife blades feature Taper Grind edge technology for optimum sharpness and greater ease of sharpening, as these knives are used over and over. The stainless-steel blades resist stains, pitting, and rust, and the classically designed solid walnut handles with triple rivets provide a comfortable, non-slip grip to the user. This 3-piece prep knife set includes an 8” chef knife, a 5” boning/utility knife, and a 3” parer knife. It is recommended that these quality knives be washed by hand.
