What’s the different between 1-channel remote and 9-channel remote?

1-Channel remote can control 1 motor individually. 9-Channel remote can control 9 motors individually. 1-Channel remote can also control 10 motors, but it can be only controlled together, like close/open in the same time.

My tube is 25/28 mm, how should the motor be mounted?

I have added the USB WiFi dongle in App, but still can’t control the motor.

After USB WiFi dongle added, you need to pair the motor with the dongle. Press the button on the motor once, then press the “UP” button in the page of App.
