To connect a Zigbee motor to Alexa, you can follow these steps. Step 1

Press motor setting button for “four short and one long”Add devices through the Alexa App (No hub needed. Connect Directly) Step 2

Tap on Devices on the navigation bar. Tap the + button in the top right-hand corner.Choose Add Device. Step 3

Choose OtherChoose zigbee logo Step 4

Tap Discover Devices in the Alexa appAlexa is looking for devices to connect Step 5

In the device distribution network, Tap “All device” to check whether there is a device and select “Find new device” to see the details of the device. If “Window Blinds” are displayed, the device is connected successfully.Finally find the device (When you add this motor for the first time, generally the device name defaults to “First device”, you can edit the motor name yourself)

How easy retrofit Zigbee tubular motors in my roller blinds ?

This wifi roller shade motor zigbee is a clean Alexa experience (as long as you have the Alexa smart hub). No more Broadlink or RF repeater required. It’s re-chargeable – no more battery wands hanging around.

Why doesn’t have an open or close switch option on Alexa APP ?

How long can I use the blind before I need to recharge the battery?

With normal usage (up and down once a day), a fully charged battery (Dial the button to the ON position before charging and installing) should last 1 to 3 months. As with any battery, the ability to hold a charge will gradually reduce.

If it does’t show successful connection screen when reached “Alexa is looking for devices to connect ”

Please back to the device distribution network, tap “All device” to check whether there is a device and choose “Find new device”. If “Raex smart device” and “Window Blinds” are displayed, the device is connected successfully.
